Hidden Massage Operation Busted in Kuwait Apartment; 5 Asian Expats Headed for Deportation

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 3: What appeared to be an ordinary apartment was allegedly being used as a private massage operation until a police investigation brought the activity to an abrupt end.

Officers from the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Criminal Investigation Department acted after receiving information that the apartment was being used to provide massage services without authorization. Following surveillance and verification of the information, investigators obtained the necessary warrant and raided the apartment, where they arrested five Asian expatriates.

Inside, officers reportedly found equipment and supplies allegedly used for the massage services, which were confiscated as evidence. During questioning, the suspects reportedly admitted that they had been advertising their services through social media and receiving customers at the apartment in exchange for fees ranging from KD 10 to KD 30 per session.

Following the arrests, legal procedures were initiated against the five expatriates. They were referred to the Administrative Deportation Department, where deportation procedures were set to be completed, with their names also expected to be placed on lists barring them from re-entering Kuwait.
