LOS ANGELES, Oct 5, (Agencies): Kevin Spacey faced an unexpected medical incident during his attendance at the 15th Tashkent International Film Festival in Uzbekistan last week. The 64-year-old actor was swiftly transported to the Innova Diagnostic Clinic in the city due to symptoms that resembled a heart attack. However, after a comprehensive battery of tests, which included an MRI, medical professionals gave him a clean bill of health, according to sources.

In a video shared on the film festival's official Instagram page, Spacey addressed the audience during a speech at the festival on Monday. He revealed that his health was currently in a normal state and shared that this health scare had prompted him to deeply contemplate the fragility of life for all individuals.

Spacey recounted the moment he fell ill while exploring the ancient Silk Road city of Samarkand during a visit to the Afrasiyab Museum. "I experienced something here today that was completely unexpected. I was admiring the extraordinary murals on the walls, and suddenly, my entire left arm went numb for about eight seconds," he recalled. "I tried to shake it off, but I immediately alerted the people I was with, and we promptly headed to the nearest medical facility."

He continued, "I spent the afternoon there undergoing a series of tests. The medical staff took excellent care of me and even conducted an MRI. Fortunately, all the results came back completely normal, and I am thankful that it wasn't anything more serious."

Spacey emphasized that this health scare underscored the importance of people coming together and contributing to the well-being of the next generation. He concluded his speech by hinting at a self-proclaimed "comeback" and expressed his belief that his "best roles" were still awaiting him in the future.
