KUWAIT CITY, Aug 6: Al Amiri Hospital issued a circular indicating that a Bedoun will be considered a visitor if their card expires. The circular cites Resolution No. 294 of 2017, which requires the collection of fees for health services from expatriate patients and individuals not registered in the health insurance system. The fees are set at 20 dinars for hospital visits and 30 dinars for outpatient clinic visits.

The decision also clarifies that medications will only be provided for these cases if the patient requires them while in the hospital (such as for observation, ward stays, or intensive care). Medications will not be dispensed during outpatient clinic visits or accident reviews.
