Kuwait Municipality launches health and advertisement license inspection campaign in Mubarak Al-Khabeer.

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22: Kuwait Municipality announced Monday that six violations were recorded during a field inspection campaign targeting health and advertisement licenses in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, as part of ongoing efforts to enforce municipal regulations across commercial establishments.

The campaign, carried out by the governorate’s inspection teams, aimed to ensure full compliance with laws governing shop operations and advertisement practices. The teams examined the validity of licenses and took necessary legal measures against businesses found in violation.

Fahad Al-Muhailbi, Head of the Tour Team in Mubarak Al-Kabeer, said in a press statement during the campaign that the operation was part of a broader initiative to uphold public health and regulatory standards. He emphasized the importance of adhering to municipal laws, particularly regarding licensing, noting that violators were dealt with according to established control procedures.

Al-Muhailbi explained that this was the fifth such campaign conducted by the Municipality, and more inspection tours are scheduled to follow across all six governorates. These tours are part of a coordinated plan prepared by the Public Relations Department in collaboration with relevant municipal departments.

He reaffirmed that the inspection teams, under the supervision of the safety departments in each governorate, remain committed to enforcing the Kuwait Municipality’s regulations through continuous field campaigns.

Al-Muhailbi stressed that the Municipality will not hesitate to take firm action against any violations, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring that all commercial activities operate within the legal framework.
