KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: According to a security source speaking to Al-Anbaa, two expatriates were apprehended by Hawalli security personnel following an altercation involving head-butts and punches in a public street. A video capturing the altercation circulated on social media, depicting the individuals exchanging blows during the confrontation.

The source explained that investigations uncovered a dispute on a public road between a taxi driver and another individual driving a four-wheeler. The altercation escalated from verbal insults to physical violence, prompting them to halt their vehicles and engage in a physical altercation.
