Director of Security Media Department Brigadier Adel Al-HashashKUWAIT CITY, Oct 1: Attorney Dalal Al-Mulla denied news that her client Adel Al-Hashash admitted the charges against him in the case known as transgression on public money in the Hospitality Department of the Interior Ministry, reports Al-Rai daily.Al-Mulla said the news is baseless and it is not within the jurisdiction of the detention renewal judge to conduct an investigation with the defendants, as this is the role of the Public Prosecution. Al-Mulla also denied that her client pledged to return the money, adding that how can he return such amount at a time he denied the charges.
