KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: Policemen from Ahmadi Governorate Security Command chased and arrested a citizen, in his 20s, who according to police sources brandished a firearm while driving beyond the speed limit in Abu Hulaifa. A hot chase ensued until the police officers cornered him by firing at his car’s tyres.Sources said the citizen put the life of other motorists and pedestrians in danger, and he seemed undeterred when he saw the police patrol car as he brandished his firearm Rambo style until his vehicle crashed into the police car. Sources added the citizen appeared to be in an abnormal condition, affirming he was referred to the concerned authority where the necessary legal measures were taken against him. By Munaif NayefAl-Seyassah Staff
