Gulf Bank: customers can increase transfer limits via the mobile app

Among them is the ability to increase the daily limit on transfers, as well as switching the screen mode to dark mode to provide more privacy when browsing the application near others. Bader Al-Ali, Deputy General Manager of Consumer Banking at Gulf Bank, emphasized the distinctive features of the bank’s mobile app, making it the most user-friendly, efficient, and advanced in the banking industry. He highlighted the app’s smart user interface, designed to meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring a seamless experience that surpasses customer expectations.

Al-Ali explained that Gulf Bank customers can easily adjust their daily transfer limits, whether for local, international, or intra-bank transfers, through the mobile app, with approval typically obtained within 24 hours. Customers interested in increasing their minimum transfer amounts can do so by accessing the app’s profile settings and selecting from four package options: Basic, Standard, Premium, and VIP. Upon selection, a confirmation message will appear, confirming the change in the minimum limit. Regarding switching to dark mode, Al-Ali outlined two simple methods for customers to achieve this. The first involves accessing the login page and navigating to the side menu, where they can select the semi-colored circle to choose between light or dark mode, or maintain identical system settings. The second method requires logging into the mobile app, accessing profile settings from the side menu, and selecting “Application Attributes” to customize the screen mode. Al-Ali concluded by emphasizing that the new version of Gulf Bank’s mobile application represents a significant advancement in customer experience, impacting various banking services and transaction stages.
