MANAMA, Apr 2: Gulf Air has announced the addition of new destinations to its temporary network operating via Dammam, including Istanbul, Athens and Thiruvananthapuram, as it continues rerouted operations through April 2026.

The airline said its temporary schedule via Dammam will remain in effect through April, with services to London Heathrow operating until April 11 and Paris until April 12. Flights to Athens and Istanbul will continue until April 29, while a wider network covering Mumbai, Nairobi, Cairo, Chennai, Bangkok, Manila, Casablanca, Frankfurt and Thiruvananthapuram will operate until April 30.

Gulf Air said transportation between Bahrain and Dammam will be provided for passengers with confirmed bookings, and transit visa assistance will be arranged only for those traveling via airline-organized land transfers. It also advised passengers not to travel to departure points unless they hold confirmed tickets, noting that flights to and from Bahrain International Airport remain temporarily suspended.
