Ministry of Education, Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, May 5: The Ministry of Higher Education announced on Sunday the launch of its national campaign, "Guide Me," through its official social media platforms.

Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Lamia Al-Mulhim, explained in a press statement that the campaign is aimed at Kuwaiti students who have graduated from high school, as well as those holding foreign high school certificates from both within Kuwait and abroad, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Al-Mulhim noted that the campaign aligns with the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nader Al-Jalal, who emphasized the importance of leveraging technical and media resources to inform students and their parents about the application procedures for the Ministry's scholarships. The campaign also aims to guide students toward fields that are in demand in the labor market and accredited educational institutions of high quality, while addressing any inquiries prior to the official release of the scholarship plan.

This campaign, now in its fourth year, is being executed according to a structured media plan. It is overseen by the media advisor to the Minister of Higher Education in collaboration with the ministry’s media team, the Scholarships Department, and the Guidance and Counseling Monitoring Department. The campaign will run for three months, from May through July, and will unfold in three distinct stages.

Al-Mulhim outlined that the stages of the "Guide Me" campaign include an initial introductory phase, followed by an advisory stage that clarifies registration requirements and procedures. The final stage will focus on orientation, with an orientation meeting for those selected for the scholarships.

She emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships with various governmental and private entities in support of the campaign’s objectives, and expressed her gratitude to all those involved in making this awareness effort a success.
