Group of people caught red-handed by buying votes

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22:  The Ministry of Interior Criminal Investigation Department arrested a number of people red handed in the process of buying votes in a house run to buy illegal votes. After obtaining permission from the Public Prosecution a house was raided and those responsible for the purchase were arrested along with money which was prepared for delivery. All the parties were referred to the investigation in order to take legal measures against them
