KUWAIT CITY, Nov 2: Capt. Venzy Viegas, Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Benaulim Constituency representing the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), visited the Arab Times office, accompanied by Mr. Carmo Santos, President of the Goan Cultural Centre. He was welcomed by Mr. John Fernandes, Online Media Manager. During the visit, Capt. Viegas shared his vision for promoting Goa’s growth in investment, trade, culture, and tourism, emphasizing the potential for mutual benefits between Kuwait and India – particularly for Goa and its youth. He also visited the Indian Embassy in Kuwait, where he was received by Mr. Sanjay Muluka, Chargé d’Affaires. The meeting focused on exploring avenues to attract investment from Kuwait to Goa and on strengthening bilateral ties in various sectors.
