KUWAIT CITY, Sep 11: Yousef Kazim, the official spokesperson for the centralized government application services (Sahel), announced that the application recently experienced a technical glitch. This issue has caused difficulties for some users trying to access and use the service.
Kazim explained that users can gradually regain access by first updating their digital civil ID card information through the "Kuwait Mobile Identity" application. After updating, users should open the "Sahel" application, enter their civil number to request authentication, and then complete the authentication process.
He assured that technical teams are actively working to resolve the glitch and restore the normal operation of the "Sahel" application.
