KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: A citizen who was arrested in the company of two other Kuwaitis in Mangaf area under the influence of intoxicant and in possession of illicit drugs kept saying “Give us a break! The prices of commodities have been increased and we need to forget about it”.
A security source said the suspects in a vehicle aroused suspicion of patrolmen on a round of the aforementioned location and were ordered to pull up for checking, in the course of which the officers found 9 narcotic pills plus a cocktail of other illicit substances.
They were referred to Drug Prosecution. Meanwhile, security operatives apprehended a Kuwaiti citizen for possessing illicit drugs, sharp object and an unspecified sum.
