LOS ANGELES, Dec 13: Hollywood icon George Clooney playfully remarked that if he entrusted the cooking to his wife Amal, his family might not fare well. The 62-year-old actor, who wed human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin in 2014, highlighted her legal prowess compared to her culinary skills. Despite Amal’s global advocacy work, George humorously stated, “I better be doing the cooking, or we will all die.” For the upcoming festive season, George shared plans to prepare a “little Christmas turkey.”
The couple, married since September 2014, has six-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander. When asked about his children’s understanding of his fame, George revealed they have “no concept at all.” Recalling an incident at school, George mentioned, “One of the kids at school told our kid that I was famous. And my son said, ‘Papa, what’s famous?'”
Contrary to recent rumors, George denied selling his Lake Como estate, purchased in 2002 for $21 million. Reports suggested he was letting go of the property to escape paparazzi attention. However, George dismissed the speculation, stating he first heard about it through the media, emphasizing, “It’s not true.”
