KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: Firefighting teams in Farwaniya responded early Thursday morning to an explosion caused by a gas leak inside a restaurant in the area. Crews from the Farwaniya Fire Center arrived quickly at the scene, where the blast had resulted in injuries to two individuals.
Firefighters secured the site, contained the effects of the explosion, and ensured there were no additional hazards or further gas leaks. The two injured persons received immediate assistance before being transferred to the relevant medical authorities for treatment. Authorities are continuing investigations to determine the exact cause of the leak and assess the extent of the damage.
