KUWAIT CITY, Dec 9: The General Traffic Department of the Ministry of Interior organized an extensive campaign in Shuwaikh, Damascus Street and highways, targeting several garages which carry out repairs in violation of the law and others including home delivery workers, reports Al-Anba daily. The campaign was carried out in the presence of the Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, and Assistant Undersecretary for Operations and Traffic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Jamal Al- Sayegh.

The daily quoting traffic sources said the officers also launched a campaign against vehicles making annoying noises, vehicles that violate glass tinting law, and issued citations to more than 200 vehicles for not meeting security and durability conditions. The campaign also targeted home delivery motorcyclists and issued 80 violations for not abiding laws regulating their work
