KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14: The Ministry of Interior arrested 4 African nationals for counterfeiting foreign currency. Foreign currencies were found in their possession which was aimed to exchange for Kuwaiti Dinars for lesser price then real value and then flee the country. Counterfeit coins, tools to forge the currency, black papers covered with wax like substance were found in their possession. Legal measures are being taken against them.
