KUWAIT CITY, March 28: The committee responsible for studying subsidies, which is headed by Undersecretary of Ministry of Finance Khalifa Hamada, has decided that the diesel and kerosene prices for April 2017 will be 110 fils per liter respectively, which is the same prices of March 2017, reports Al-Rai daily quoting informed sources.They said the committee considered the recommendation of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation when fixing the April prices. The sources revealed that the fuel costs decided by the committee will be 85 fils per liter for Premium type, 105 fils per liter for Super type and 165 fils per liter for Ultra type.Meanwhile, police have arrested a 42-year-old Kuwaiti for consuming and possessing drugs, in addition to possessing fake Saudi riyals, reports Al-Rai daily.According to security sources the citizen was caught on suspicion while parking his vehicle in Jahra. At the time of arrest he was disoriented. Police then searched his vehicle and seized meth and fake Saudi currency. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities
