KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: As the government agencies continue to complete procedures for disbursement of what it called the ‘first-class’ bonuses, an official source in the Ministry of Health told the Al-Rai daily that “all government employees (frontline workers) who meet the conditions will be paid the bonus — citizens, expatriates and bedoun.”
The source explained the “Cabinet Resolution No. 686 specifies the entitlement for the reward for workers in the government sector only, and it does not include daily wage workers, without specifying the nationality.” The source confirmed that “all government medical workers, whether doctors or nurses including (bedoun) are covered by the frontline reward as specified by requirements.”
