KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: The Court of Appeals upheld the verdict issued by the Court of First Instance, which obligated a real estate company to pay KD 40,000 to a citizen after it was proven that the company defrauded him through a false project of “purchasing real estate in the United States”.
