Fourth Ring Road Section in Yarmouk Closed for 40 Days

KUWAIT CITY, Jun 27: The General Directorate of Traffic has announced the complete closure of Hussein bin Ali Al-Rumi Road (Fourth Ring Road) in the Yarmouk area as part of ongoing road works.

The closure will extend from above the intersection of the Fourth Ring Road with Airport Road (Road 55) to the intersection with King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road) in the direction of Salmiya.

The closure will begin on Sunday, June 28, 2026, and will remain in effect until Friday, August 7, 2026.

Authorities confirmed that the Airport Road (55) intersection will remain open for traffic traveling from Jahra toward Salmiya during the closure period.

The General Directorate of Traffic urged motorists to use alternative routes and follow traffic instructions to avoid congestion.
