Four Injured, Homes Damaged in Sitra as Bahrain Intercepts Drones

MANAMA, Apr 4: Authorities in Bahrain have been sounding emergency sirens, urging citizens and residents to remain calm and move to the nearest safe locations, according to the Ministry of Interior.

Late night yesterday, aerial interceptions linked to what officials described as Iranian aggression. The Ministry of Interior confirmed that four citizens sustained minor injuries, while several homes in Sitra were damaged by shrapnel from intercepted drones.

Emergency response teams, including Civil Defence and the National Ambulance, were swiftly deployed to the affected area and continue to carry out operations at the scene. Authorities stressed the need to follow official safety instructions and avoid spreading unverified information during the incident.
