KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16: Capital Security patrols arrested four Asian nationals for allegedly gambling in an open, unpaved area in Salhiya after receiving a report about the activity, according to a security report.

The Operations Department received information that a group of Asians were engaged in gambling in a vacant dirt lot in the area as part of ongoing security efforts to detect and address violations.

Acting on the report, patrols from the Capital Security Directorate immediately proceeded to the location and caught four people red-handed while they were allegedly gambling.

Security personnel found sums of money in the possession of the suspects, according to the report. The money was seized as part of the case.

The four suspects, along with the seized money, were referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures.

The operation forms part of continuing security efforts to monitor violations and enforce the law. Authorities stressed that legal measures apply to everyone without exception.
