Foul play suspected as police probe 3 Asians in murder of compatriot in Jleeb

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 1: The prosecutor interrogated three Asians on suspicion of killing their compatriot in his room in Jleeb Al- Shuyoukh, reports Al-Anba daily.

The suspect was killed during the attack and did not commit suicide by hanging himself with a rope tied around his neck as reported earlier.

The Criminal Investigation Department will again interrogate the suspects. The sources added, if the interrogators find no element of suspicion then the case will be closed as suicide.

According to a security source, when the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a message about the death, police who rushed to the spot noticed some traces of struggle inside the room. The neighbors reportedly heard men shouting which supports the notion it may just not be suicide, but the victim may have been beaten before he was hanged or committed suicide after he was beaten.
