LOS ANGELES, Oct 29, (Agencies): Lance Bass expresses his hope that fans will find it in their hearts to forgive Justin Timberlake. The former member of *NSYNC, now 44, recently voiced his thoughts on the backlash his former bandmate has faced since Britney Spears disclosed numerous revelations about their past relationship in her memoir, "The Woman in Me."
Bass remarked, "In my opinion, everyone is entitled to their perspective. Given the current abundance of negativity in the world, I believe it's a good time for us to embrace forgiveness." He went on to add, "Britney did just that. So, perhaps we can take a cue from her."
While appearing to be at the airport, the "Better Place" singer mentioned that he had already purchased Spears' memoir and intended to read it during his flight. "Everyone deserves the opportunity to share their story," Bass emphasized. "She did just that, and I hope that fans can also find it within themselves to offer forgiveness."
Earlier this week, Timberlake disabled comments on his Instagram after the "Toxic" singer made shocking revelations in her memoir about their relationship from 1999 to 2002.
