KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5: The Nationality Investigation Department has intensified its scrutiny of the notorious “Chart", which currently lists 41 names, including 14 verified sons, revealing yet another forger and pushing the total number of implicated dependents to 470 in this intricate and highly complex case. Meanwhile, 21 additional files remain under thorough review and technical examination.
Sources disclosed that one of the 22 individuals under investigation was summoned while in Kuwait for a genetic fingerprint test. Fully aware of the impending results, he abruptly fled the country, attempting to evade justice. He is connected to nine dependents whose citizenship is now under withdrawal proceedings.
Investigators emphasized that the forgery within this file is “clearly evident”, whether through inconsistencies in names and personal data or through genetic testing results. The Supreme Committee for Citizenship Verification is handling each case strictly according to legal protocols and scientific evidence, preparing to make decisive rulings on the remaining files currently under review.
Notably, the central figure of the case is a dual national with 41 children listed under his name, only 14 of whom have been confirmed as genuine. The remaining 27 children are still undergoing detailed verification.
So far, audits on six individuals have confirmed them all as forgers, with the most recent being the person who fled after DNA collection. As investigations continue, the number of implicated individuals is expected to rise, underscoring the immense scale and complexity of this citizenship fraud network.
