Racing against the clock to meet daily targets, some home delivery drivers are increasingly being accused of abandoning basic traffic discipline on the roads. In their rush to complete as many deliveries as possible, they are often seen speeding through residential areas, ignoring lane rules, abrupt braking, and weaving between vehicles — putting pedestrians and motorists at risk. While tight deadlines and performance pressure are realities of the job, road safety cannot be compromised in the pursuit of targets.
