KUWAIT CITY, March 13, (Agencies): Director of Information Department at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Dr Ahmed Al-Otaibi advised Kuwaitis, who intend to perform Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan, to follow the instructions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reports Al- Jarida daily. Al-Otaibi disclosed these instructions include booking the Umrah trip through Nusk application, depending on the capacity.
