Fodder trade thriving in black market

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: In the absence of the concerned authorities’ action to monitor the sale of subsidized commodities, the fodder trade is thriving on the black market in several areas, including Kabd, Wafra and Abdali, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily monitored the sale of subsidized materials near the Kabd Society recently, where several vehicles were seen parked carrying hundreds of bags of subsidized fodder such as barley and chard, to sell to breeders at high prices.
