A Municipality team confiscates bags of fodder stashed on the roadside for sale illegally

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 6: The Department of Public Hygiene and Road Usages at Jahra Municipality Branch recently embarked on an inspection campaign of the livestock feed market along Salmi Road leading to the issuance of 28 citations and removal of 8 mobile groceries (baqalah), reports Al- Seyassah daily.

Acting Administrative Manager Meshal Al-Daihani noted that officials from the Road Usage Inspectorate Section of the department removed 29 cubic meters of fodder, affirming the campaign will continue to stamp out the negative phenomenon. In the meantime, Public Relations Department at Kuwait Municipality enjoined citizens and expatriates to call hotline 139 of the Municipality or contact the sector via the official website in case of complaints related to the activities of the ministry.
