KUWAIT CITY, March 4: The Secretary- General of Kuwait University, Dr. Fayez Al-Dhafiri, has issued a circular prohibiting the use of sources of heat, flames and incense inside university buildings, reports Al-Qabas daily. The circular, of which the daily has obtained a copy, stated that the use of these sources of heat and incense leads to setting off fire alarms in university buildings, which operate automatically, which poses a threat to lives, property and university facilities.
