ABU DHABI, Nov 22: Abu Dhabi Police, in coordination with the Traffic Operations and Control Center (TOCC), have apprehended five motorists for reckless driving and multiple traffic violations. The drivers were caught performing dangerous right-hand overtaking, using the road shoulder to pass vehicles, failing to maintain a safe following distance, and ignoring mandatory lane markings. Authorities confirmed that these actions caused traffic disruption and posed serious risks to other road users. Investigations are ongoing, and the offenders will face legal action.
