KUWAIT CITY, Nov 12: The first rains – light showers in some areas – was a great relief for some who were anxiously waiting to see the rain drops fall, reports Al- Seyassah daily.
The daily quoting the Meteorological Department said the weather is expected to be cloudy to partly cloudy saturated with rain, sometimes accompanied by thunder with the winds bringing in dust. Some of the areas produced water puddles while in some areas crossing a street from one side to another was difficult because rain sewage failed to operate especially in one of the suburbs of Khaitan
