The constituent assembly of the Arab Federation for Padel elected Ahmed Ghattouri (Egyptian) as the President, and chose Egypt for the federation's headquarters, in the presence of Major General Ahmed Nasser, Acting President of the Arab Padel Federations as a supervisor of these elections.

It was decided to grant President of the UAE Padel Federation Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum the honorary presidency of the federation, given that the UAE was the first country to practice padel in the Arab world since 2014, and in appreciation of his efforts to spread the game in a large number of Arab countries.
