KUWAIT CITY, Nov 17: An unidentified officer working for the Directorate-General of Fire Department (DGFD) has been referred for investigation for allegedly insulting a Municipal Council employee for applying the law, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily said, this happened when the Municipal employee and the officer were involved in an argument and the latter prevented the employee from demolishing the fence of the garden of his house in the suburb of Jaber Al-Ahmad.
