Fire Force shuts 24 violating facilities in Farwaniya inspection campaign

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 17: The General Fire Force, from the Farwaniya Governorate’s Prevention Department, conducted an inspection campaign on Wednesday evening to enhance field oversight and ensure facilities comply with applicable safety regulations.

The campaign focused on identifying violations and taking the necessary legal measures against facilities found to be non-compliant.

Authorities recorded 57 notifications, carried out 24 administrative closures, and issued five warnings of closure to violating facilities.

The inspection campaign forms part of the department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen regulatory oversight, improve compliance, reduce violations and enhance safety and organization in industrial areas across Farwaniya Governorate.
