Fire breaks out at Moscow office building, 16 rescued

MOSCOW, Feb 16, (Xinhua): An office building caught fire in northern Moscow on Monday, and 16 people were rescued, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

The blaze started on the fourth floor of the building. Rescue and firefighting operations are still underway. According to the ministry, at least two hotels operate within the building.
