Fingerprint attendance will be applied to all: PAAAFR

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Director General of Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) Eng Faisal Al-Hassawi affirmed that the authority has taken all necessary procedures for implementing the fingerprint attendance system, reports Al-Anba daily.

He stressed that the fingerprint attendance system will be applied on everybody including department directors and supervisors. Al-Hassawi explained that the decision will be implemented from Oct 1. It will not affect hardworking employees as they have been committed to carrying out their duties perfectly.

However, it will affect careless employees and will also differentiate the lazy employees from the hardworking ones. He indicated that some employees such as those who work 24 hours on marine-related jobs will be excluded from the fingerprint attendance system due to the special nature of their duty, adding that PAAAFR has been coordinating with the Civil Service Commission in this regard.
