Filtered water in Kuwait ‘safe’ to drink,

KUWAIT CITY, March 15: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry confirmed that drinking water produced in Kuwait, known as “filtered water,” is of very high quality and undergoes rigorous, continuous testing in accordance with the standards of the World Health Organization to ensure it is safe, pure, and potable for consumers, reports Al- Seyassah daily. In an awareness publication, the ministry emphasized that there is no need to stockpile bottled water, given the ready availability of safe, high-quality drinking water.
