KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: The Kuwait Golden Eagles Club (KGEC) and Kuwait Golden Lady Eagles Club (KGLEC), under Central Luzon Region 36, hosted a benefit bowling tournament titled "Bowling for a Cause" …A Friendly Tournament with the theme: “Love at First Strike”, on September 26 at the Kuwait Bowling Sports Club in Salmiya.

The friendly competition drew participation from more than a dozen Filipino community groups and organizations. Teams taking part included Kuwait Golden Eagles Club, Kuwait Golden Lady Eagles Club, The Amazon, Grand Canal, The Bicolanos in Kuwait – New Generation, Kuwait Elite Eagles Club, Light Benders Photography Group, Pinoy Ambulance Nurses in Kuwait, Vinta Café & Restaurant, CDH Bowldogz, Gutter Boyz, Team Simple Anglers, Triskelion International State of Kuwait, Pilipino Professional Organizations, Association of Filipino Organizations in Kuwait, Strike Syndicate and FFC Team.

Traditional Filipino dishes such as pandecoco and tapsilog were also served, provided by Pinoy Cuisine Restaurant Co., adding a cultural flavor to the community fundraiser.
