Filipinas selling pork in Mahboula

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 23: Personnel from Criminal Evidences Department have arrested four Filipinas for possessing 35 kilos of pork, reports Al-Rai daily. During interrogation they admitted to trading in the meat and said they planned to sell it during the New Year celebration. The arrest came following a tip-off from a police agent that the Filipinas were selling pork in Mahboula. They have been referred to the concerned authorities. Police are looking for the US citizen.

Walking with liquor: Securitymen from the Khaitan Police Station have arrested an Asian for possessing 52 bottles of locally-manufactured alcohol, reports Al-Shahed daily. The suspect was arrested when a police patrol suspected the man walking along a street with a big bag. The contraband and the suspect have been referred to the concerned authority.
