Filipina finds a abandoned newborn near a garbage container

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: A Filipina handed over to Farwaniya police station a baby which was lying next to a garbage container wrapped in a cloth. As she was walking in the area she noticed a cloth piece lying next to a garbage container, when she took a closer look, she was surprised to see a new born baby inside it. 
The security men immediately called a medical emergency to examine the infant and handed it over to the hospital to receive necessary care. The criminal investigation team are investigating the identity of the perpetrator and at the same time are investigating and verifying the authenticity of the story mentioned by the Filipina.
