Fifth Arab Masters Tennis kicks off in Manama

MANAMA, Dec 18: The fifth edition of the Arab Masters Tennis in Manama, Bahrain. Organized by the Arab Tennis Federation under the leadership of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber, in collaboration with the Bahrain Tennis Federation, the tournament is sponsored by the National Bank of Kuwait, KGL, Kuwait Airways, and KDD. The event brings together top Arab players ranked in the ATP and ITF Junior circuits.

Arab Tennis Federation Secretary General Ali Al-Mutairi highlighted the significance of hosting the championship in Bahrain for the second consecutive year at the Public Security Officers Club courts. He praised the tournament’s ongoing success, attributing it to the strong collaboration among all parties involved.

Al-Mutairi also expressed gratitude to the sponsors and commended the Bahrain Tennis Federation, led by Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Khalifa, and the management of the Public Security Officers Club. He further thanked beIN Sports for its consistent media coverage.

Walid Sami, Secretary General of the Arab and Egyptian Tennis Federations, noted that Bahrain hosting the championship again reflects the Arab Tennis Federation’s confidence in the kingdom’s organizational capabilities.

Fouad Al-Rowaie, Secretary General of the Bahrain Tennis Federation, welcomed all participants in both the Elite and junior categories. He emphasized the federation’s commitment to ensuring comfort and full support for the players, aiming to deliver a distinguished tournament that reflects the prestige of the Arab Elite Tennis Championship and contributes to the success of the accompanying Junior Championship.
