KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: Security authorities launched an investigation after the discovery of a fetus inside a sewage pit in Salmiya. According to a security source, a worker reported finding the fetus in the sewage pit. Security officers rushed to the location and forensic evidence was collected to kickstart the investigation
