Kuwaiti female arrested for receiving marijuana parcel

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: A female Kuwaiti citizen was referred to the General Department for Narcotics control after she submitted to receive a parcel stuffed with marijuana which arrived from the USA. The Air Cargo customs department arrested a female citizen for receiving 189 marijuana cigarettes, 3 sealed glass capsules of marijuana oil. She has been referred to the competent authorities to take legal measures.
