‘Fraud’ agency sued: Lawyer Abdulaziz Al-Benwan, on behalf of his client, filed a case against a real-estate agency over a contract signed between his client and the company for the purchase of a house in the United States of America, demanding the agency to terminate the contract and return $250,000 that his client had paid, as well as pay the rent of the house from January 2016 until the contract was signed. He stressed that the agency is involved in several swindling and money laundering issues. Lawyer Al-Benwan explained that his client had signed the contract with the company in August 2015. The company was supposed to hand over the house to his client after the latter paid $250,000 within 200 days. According to the contract, the company is responsible for issuing the title of the building to his client. He revealed that his client resorted to the court when the company did not respond after he called the company and demanded termination of the contract and return of the money
