Fake police threatens Syrian expat

KUWAIT CITY, May 5: Detectives have started investigations to search for an unknown person wearing the uniform of a lieutenant who threatened a Syrian resident with his firearm in the Rahiya desert area. According to a security source, the Syrian resident went to Saad Al-Abdullah Police Station and informed the security personnel that an unknown person wearing the uniform of an officer with the rank of first lieutenant, who was driving his civilian car, stopped him. The supposed officer got out of the vehicle, insulted him, destroyed his civil identification card, threatened him with the firearm that he was carrying, and then left the place, revealing the victim who provided the security forces with a detailed description of the suspect. A case has been filed and an investigation is underway.
