KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: A passenger proven to have forged his PCR examination certificate will be required to return on the same flight, while the concerned airline will be fined KD500 for every passenger with forged PCR certificate, reports Al- Qabas daily quoting a reliable source from Kuwait International Airport.
