KUWAIT CITY, July 28: Police are looking for two unidentified persons for impersonating Kuwait Municipality inspectors and stealing KD 950 from a grocer. An Egyptian grocer in his complaint to the Khaitan Police Station said two men wearing dishdasha entered the grocery and introduced themselves as municipal inspectors.
They began examining the foodstuffs in the shop and accused him of selling expired goods. The Egyptian added the two men asked him to wait inside their vehicle and when he refused, they forcibly pulled him out and locked him inside the vehicle for 5 minutes, and then they returned to the vehicle and asked him to leave. He added that he discovered the men stole 950 dinars from the cash box.
